50 minute Peak Performance Training

$225

Using brain based techniques and biofeedback to help strengthen adaptive neural networks and install a peak performance, create mental and physical resilience for future situations and learn mental peak performance skills.

This evidenced based psycho-therapy treatment helps people feel better faster by using bilateral stimulation to enable the brain to properly integrate memories and experiences. EMDR works with the body’s natural way of healing, which can be blocked at times, to rewire memory networks and desensitize disturbing memories, feelings, body sensations.

The intensive treatment model is powerful. There is flexibility to work around your schedule and accelerate the healing process. Below are suggested intensive options but please reach out and know we can customize what works best for you. Weekday Intensive rates bill at $275 a unit, and weekend Intensive rates bill at $400 a unit.

EMDR Intensive Options

Due to the way EMDR therapy works to naturally heal, the ability to accelerate the healing process helps most people address deeper treatment concerns, without having time in between sessions and so people feel better faster. What would happen in a typical EMDR session can happen more quickly and intensives allow for months’ worth of work to happen in a few days for most clients.

Starting with a half-day format and available up to four days, EMDR Intensives are an exceptional treatment option. Schedule a free consultation call to determine the ideal format and timeframe to help meet your goals.

Note weekday and weekend intensive rates differ*

*If you don’t see an Intensive package that works for you please reach out, as these are just some standard options. Also, for the EMDR Intensive half and full days the rate posted is not charged by the hour, but billed in units. There is a 1 hour lunch break for full day intensives and small breaks as needed and are included in the rate. If the work is completed earlier than expected, the time is not prorated. Additional support and resource work can be done, and I have found this reduces the time pressure and opens up the work for more healing without “watching the clock.”
